Interactive Class with the First-Year Students
The class began with an interactive game “Myth or Fact about Psychology.” Students analyzed common myths and facts about psychology in a game format, voted, and actively discussed statements. This approach helped break down stereotypes and showed how psychology can be useful in everyday life.
Next, students worked on simple techniques for unloading: “Square Breathing” and the “5-4-3-2-1” Technique.
The final part of the class was teamwork using art therapy tools. The students completed the creative task “Easter Tree of Unity”. Its creation helped develop team interaction skills, contributed to emotional unloading and the creation of an atmosphere of trust in the group. This class gave students practical tools for independent use and demonstrated that seeking psychological help is normal and useful.
