On May 1, 2026, a guest lecture by the Director of the Korea Education Center in Ukraine,Mr. Jung Chang-yoon, was held at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

The audience of the lecture was the students of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University of the first (bachelor's) and second (master's) and third (educational and scientific) levels of higher education.

During the lecture, the students had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the main areas of activity of the Korean Educational Center in Ukraine, learn about educational programs, scholarships and conditions for admission to higher education institutions of the Republic of Korea. Special attention was paid to the opportunities for academic mobility, participation in international exchange programs and prospects for professional development of students.

The lecture aroused considerable interest among the participants, was accompanied by active discussion and questions. Students received comprehensive answers and practical recommendations on preparing documents and participating in educational programs.

Holding such an event contributed to the expansion of the international educational space of the university, raising students' awareness of the opportunities for studying abroad and the development of intercultural communication.
