Scholarships are available for the following study programmes:

• Bachelor’s degree programmes;

• Master’s degree programmes;

• PhD programmes;

• Postgraduate studies.

Priority fields of study include:

• economics and business administration;

• agricultural sciences;

• technical sciences;

• oil and gas.

Studies will be conducted in the Romanian language. Applicants who do not speak Romanian are entitled to a preparatory Romanian language year.

The scholarship programme provides:

• exemption from registration and tuition fees;

• a monthly scholarship;

• accommodation in student dormitories;

• medical assistance;

• transport benefits in accordance with Romanian legislation.

The application deadline is June 12, 2026, at 14:00 Romanian time.
