One-Time Meeting of the Specialized Academic Council (Ye.M. Kharkovskyi)
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated January 12, 2022, and in accordance with the order of the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 114-OD dated June 26, 2026, a specialized academic council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Yevhen Mykolayovych Kharkovskyi in the specialty 015 - Professional Education (by specializations).
Scientific advisor: Pochinkova Maria Mykolaivna, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Department of Primary Education, Taras Shevchenko National University of Luhansk.
