On the occasion of this significant date and in order to duly mark the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of Ukraine at the national level, promote constitutional values, raise the level of legal awareness among the population, foster respect for the Basic Law, and strengthen the principles of civic responsibility, democracy, and the rule of law, the educational platform of the national festival “Code of the Nation” has announced a test on knowledge of the Constitution of Ukraine.

It is intended to promote awareness of constitutional human and civil rights and freedoms, the state structure of Ukraine, the basic principles of the functioning of public authorities, as well as to spread knowledge of the Constitution of Ukraine as the foundation of statehood, a guarantor of human rights, and an important factor in strengthening a democratic society and national unity.

By completing the test, all participants will have the opportunity to check their knowledge of the history of the formation and development of Ukrainian constitutionalism, the main provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, constitutional rights, freedoms and duties of citizens, the principles of Ukraine’s state system, the functioning of public authorities and local self-government, as well as the role of the Constitution in the development of an independent, democratic, and legal state, and to receive a corresponding certificate immediately after completion.

Registration for the test is available on the page: https://law.kod-natsii.com/ until July 24, and the test can be taken from 10:00 on June 28 to July 26 inclusive.

This year’s conditions provide students with the opportunity to participate without making a charitable donation for the implementation of the test, provided that they attach a scanned copy or photo of a valid student ID or another document confirming their status as a higher education student.

As always, all proceeds from this event will be donated to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
