The following are entitled to compensation for tuition fees:

- children of family members of deceased defenders of Ukraine;

- children of persons with disabilities as a result of war;

- children of combatants;

- children of missing persons under special circumstances;

- children of persons deprived of their liberty as a result of armed aggression;

- children of injured participants in the Revolution of Dignity.

A student who is entitled to compensation must go through the following main stages:

- check whether the educational institution is participating in the project by contacting the administration;

- submit documents confirming the relevant status - birth certificate and extract from the Unified State Register of Educational Institutions;

- receive a notification about the provision of state aid through Diya and confirm the notification within 20 calendar days;

- expect information about the compensation - it will be sent directly to the account of the educational institution.
