Admission-2025 for Applicants from Temporarily Occupied Territories

Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University is always open to all applicants, including those who are in the temporarily occupied territories (TOT).
The 2025 admission campaign provides for simplified admission conditions for this category of applicants, so that every Ukrainian has access to quality education.
Admission procedure – 2025 for residents of TOT:
- Without external examinations/NMS – admission will take place according to a simplified procedure through the Educational Centers “Donbas-Ukraine” and “Crimea-Ukraine”.
- Documents can be submitted online or in person at these educational centers.
- Competitive selection will be carried out based on the results of an interview and/or a motivation letter.
- Guaranteed budget place – the state provides free education for applicants from TOT.
- Social guarantees – applicants receive support in the form of scholarships, dormitories and adaptation programs.
How to submit documents?
- Register at the educational center (the list will be published on the official resources of the Ministry of Education and Science).
- Provide a minimum package of documents (in case of their absence, it is possible to apply through the educational center).
- Go through an interview or write a motivation letter.
- Wait for admission on a budget or contract basis.
