On January 28, a meeting was held in Dnipro between the Head of the Academic Council Vitaliy Kuryl and the Rector of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Luhansk Olena Karaman with the Head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration – Head of the Regional Military Administration Oleksiy Kharchenko.
