The second day of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Natural Sciences: Projects, Research, Prospects”

On December 16, the second day of the 3rd International Scientific and Practical Conference “Natural Sciences: Projects, Research, Prospects” was held.
The section meeting Agrarian sciences and food: traditions, problems and prospects. Yuliya Volodymyrivna Havryliuk, head of the Department of Landscape Gardening and Ecology, was the moderator of the section, and Bordiugova Olena Ivanivna, assistant of the Department of Landscape Gardening and Ecology, was the secretary. 19 reports were registered for the presentation of the section, but unfortunately, due to the difficult situation in the country, not all were able to participate. Despite the problems caused by the present, the participants of the section had a fruitful conversation, listened to a whole series of reports related to various scientific areas: about the formation of the first public parks in Kyiv, about the dynamics of renewal of pine forests, about the use of additives to the substrate in order to intensify the process of solid-phase cultivation of edible mushrooms, about harvest the properties of millet, about the features of topiaries in the landscapes of rural areas of Croatia, about the scientific aspects of changing sowing dates in the conditions of intensification of sunflower cultivation, about the use of forest crops in the landscaping of populated cities, and about the history of the Department of Landscape Gardening and Ecology of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.
Conference participants watched the speakers’ presentations with interest and pleasure, listened and asked questions. In general, the sectional meeting was held in a warm, friendly atmosphere, where scientists plunged into the interesting world of mushrooms, forest, cultural, ornamental plants and agricultural animals and versatile aspects of their research.
At the end of the event, the organizers and participants expressed their gratitude and hope for further cooperation.
