Painting at the Design Department

Despite the winter frosts, the educational process at the Design Department of the Faculty of Arts is going according to plan – the designers’ painting has started on time.

The students welcomed the start of the second semester not with theory, but with serious visual practice — an image of a rare ancient Corinthian helmet, the only exhibit of its kind in Poltava.

This complex object with clear plasticity of forms and a rich history became a real challenge and at the same time an inspiration, requiring attention to proportions, light and shade, and material, forming the professional view of future designers.

We wish all students and teachers a successful second semester, bold creative decisions, and warmth — both in the classrooms and in their work!
