Final Certification at the Department of Professional Education, Restaurant and Tourism Business

On January 19, the Department of Professional Education, Restaurant and Tourism Business began the final certification of master’s students.

The first to defend their qualification works were students majoring in “Secondary Education (Technology)”.

Four students were admitted to the defense, who presented the results of their research before the examination commission headed by Oksana Anatoliivna Beis , director of the Lysychansk Pedagogical Professional College of LTSNU.

The qualification works were devoted to the methodology of teaching the subject “Technology” in high school, the use of information and innovative technologies in technology lessons, the formation of professional competence in a future technology teacher.

The commission noted that all students creatively presented the theoretical and empirical results of their own research in their reports-presentations, and also defended their qualification works at the proper scientific level.

We would especially like to note the bright and confident reports of such students, as Eduard Matlashov, Artem Troshchii and Oksana Shevchik, who received an “excellent” grade.

The next day, students majoring in “Vocational Education (Transport)” continued the defense of their qualification works. Six full-time students and one part-time student were admitted to the defense of their qualification works.

The defense of their qualification works was accompanied by a demonstration of multimedia presentations. During the defense, students demonstrated the appropriate level of program learning outcomes in the educational components of their educational and professional program, confidently answered the questions of the examination committee members. They confirmed the high level of knowledge, skills and abilities acquired during their studies, which will be useful to them in their further professional activities. The head of the examination commission, Yevhenii Olehovych Marynchenko, Doctor of Philosophy, Associate Professor of the Department of Professional Education and Technologies of Agricultural Production of the Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv National Pedagogical University, noted the thorough preparation of the students and wished the graduates success in their future professional activities.
