On November 28, 2025, a solemn event took place to sign the Memorandum of Cooperation between Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University and the Dubivtsi Territorial Community.

The delegation included: Vitalii Kurylo – First Vice-Rector, Chairman of the Academic Council, Academician of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor; Olena Karaman – Rector, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor; Yaroslava Yurkiv – Vice-Rector, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor; Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs; Artem Halych – Doctor of Philology, Professor, Head of the Department of Journalism; Olha Kutsevska – Candidate of Sciences in Social Communications, Associate Professor of the Department of Primary Education; Oksana Beis – Director of Lysychansk Pedagogical Professional College of LTSNU.
