THE VI OPEN UKRAINIAN LANGUAGE MARATHON

The Ukrainian Language Department invites students to participate in the VI Open Ukrainian Language Marathon.

The organizers of the marathon are the State Scientific Institution “Institute for Modernization of Educational Content” and the Limited Liability Company “Human”.

The purpose of the marathon is to develop in students a sustainable motivation and a conscious desire to learn the Ukrainian language.

The marathon will last from November 14 to December 7, 2025 in a remote form on the “HUMAN School” platform.

To participate in the marathon, you must:

1) register on the “HUMAN School” platform by October 13, 2025 at the link https://id.human.ua/auth/registration;

2) from October 13 to 27, 2025, submit an application for participation in the marathon by the link https://salo.li/A565C14.

3) join the marathon in your personal account on the “HUMAN School” platform (https://www.human.ua/) by November 14.

The marathon takes place in four stages:

Stage I – Culture of the Word. Lexicology, Phraseology
(from 12:00 November 14 to 20:00 November 16);
Stage II – Grammar. Syntax, Morphology, Word Formation
(from 12:00 November 21 to 20:00 November 23);
Stage III – Spelling. Spelling, Punctuation, Phonetics, Orthoepy
(from 12:00 November 28 to 20:00 November 30);
Stage IV – Working with Text
(from 12:00 December 05 to 20:00 December 07).

The result is the sum of the points for the test tasks that the participant completed during the four stages.

The prize winners are the participants who scored the highest number of points in the ranking order and took 1–3 places in each category of the marathon. The marathon winners receive diplomas.

Participants who did not take prizes, but passed all stages, receive certificates of marathon participants.

A participant who did not complete the test tasks of a certain stage is eliminated from the marathon.

The received diplomas of winners and certificates of participants will be counted as additional points within the framework of informal education in the corresponding educational component.
