Raising the National Flag of Ukraine

The head of the student government had the honorable mission of solemnly raising the National Flag of Ukraine.

The student body of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University proudly notes that the head of the student government, Diana Sapi, had the honorable mission of solemnly raising the State Flag of Ukraine on the day of its commemoration.

This event became not only a symbol of the unity of generations, but also confirmation that the university educates true patriots – young people who feel responsible for the present and future of their country. For LTSNU students, the honor of raising the blue-yellow flag means continuing the glorious traditions of the struggle for freedom and the establishment of Ukrainian statehood.

The youth of LTSNU proudly declares: “We are proud that we are Ukrainians! We grow up under the national flag, gain knowledge and build our lives with the awareness that the blue-yellow colors are a symbol of our strength, unity and Victory.”

A young generation at LTSNU is being raised that sincerely loves its country and confidently walks under the banner of Independent Ukraine.
