Student of the ER IBM Won a Study Grant

A student of the ER IBM won a grant for studies in the competition “Motivation of the Unconquered 4.0: Meaningful Marketing” within the framework of the All-Ukrainian social project “Scholarship in Ukraine”.
The 3rd year student of the ER IBM majoring in 051 Economics, Viktoriia BORYSENKO, won 1st place in the All-Ukrainian social project Scholarship within the framework of the competition “Motivation of the Unconquered 4.0: Meaningful Marketing” on the topic “Creativity vs. Analytics: What is more important in modern marketing”.
The competition was organized by the educational social project “Scholarship in Ukraine” with the aim of supporting creative youth, developing strategic thinking and a deeper understanding of modern challenges in the field of marketing.

In her competition work, Viktoriia explored how the combination of creativity and analytics helps to create effective marketing campaigns in the conditions of the modern market – both in education and in business. Her ideas were highly appreciated by the expert jury and won the final among the competition participants.
According to the results of the competition, Viktoriia received a grant for studies in the amount of 15,000 UAH, which became a significant support on the way to new academic achievements.
Viktoriia continues to actively develop her scientific direction and works on interdisciplinary topics. Ahead are new research, competitions, conferences and implementation of ideas in real cases.
It is should be noted that Oleh KOZLOV, a 2nd year bachelor’s student majoring in 075 Marketing, joined the competition. In his analytical work on the topic “Creativity or analytics in marketing?” he raised one of the key issues of modern marketing science. His approach combined theoretical reasoning with relevant examples, which indicates thorough preparation and practical experience. Oleh’s participation demonstrated the importance of involving first-year higher education students in scientific research.
