How does university enrollment work for young people from the temporarily occupied territory?

After the admissions committee makes a decision on recommendations for enrollment, applicants are required to submit original documents. Please note that in the ranking lists, lists of recommended for enrollment, and in enrollment orders, the names of applicants are encrypted, anonymity is maintained.

If a person cannot personally submit the original documents, you can send their scanned copies to the Educational Center’s email address.

✅ In the case of enrollment on the budget and a person’s stay on TOT:

⏳Applicants can conclude a study agreement at a higher education institution within 6 months after the start of studies.

✅ In the case of enrollment for contract studies:

⏳ If contracts are not concluded within three months from the date of issuance of the enrollment order, this order is canceled in terms of enrollment of such a person.

‼️Attention ‼️In the case of enrollment for higher education, the study agreement can be concluded remotely by applying qualified electronic signatures (QES). At the same time, in the case of admission to receive professional pre-higher education, the contract can be concluded remotely without imposing a CEP.

🏢It is possible to transfer entrants (subject to availability of places) to vacant budget places that are enrolled in training under a contract.
