A university specialist was again involved in working with teenagers from the Lubny community and children from among internally displaced persons.
As part of his active socio-psychological activities, a specialist from Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University was once again involved in working with adolescents from the Lubny community and children from among internally displaced persons. This initiative is aimed at supporting the emotional well-being of young people and facilitating their adaptation in a new environment.
Assistant of the Psychology Department of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, Doctor of Philosophy, Head of the Center for “Psychological Recovery and Adaptation” Anton NAZMIIEV is a high-level specialist who has deep professional knowledge and practical skills. His goal in conducting group psychological and pedagogical classes is to maximally reveal the educational and personal potential of each child, help overcome barriers to socialization and support confident development.
This time, Anton Nazmiiev conducted a training on the topic of “Emotional Intelligence” for a group of teenagers, focusing on understanding, awareness and management of one’s own emotions, as well as on the ability to recognize and adequately respond to the emotions of other people.
Such trainings are of extraordinary value for teenagers, because:
- they help to better understand themselves and their surroundings;
- form effective communication skills;
- help reduce stress levels;
- develop empathy and tolerance;
- prepare for constructive resolution of conflict situations.
Emotional intelligence is the basis of healthy relationships, self-confidence and success in life. That is why such meetings not only enrich the knowledge of adolescents, but also become an important step on the way to their harmonious development and adaptation in society.
Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University supports initiatives aimed at the development, adaptation and psychological support of youth.
Such interaction is an example of effective partnership work between the university and the local community, which allows us to respond to the challenges and needs of the younger generation in a timely manner.
