LTSNU at the Job Fair in Lubny

On July 31, 2025,Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University joined the job fair held at the “Kyivska Rus” cinema.

The event was implemented within the framework of the project “Support for the social and financial recovery of war-affected communities in the Poltava region”, the purpose of which is to help people find a new job and rethink their professional path.

🧭 The organization of communication with the organizers of the event and full responsibility for the location of LTSNU was taken over by the university’s marketing department – a team that provided an effective presentation of the university educational opportunities for visitors to the event.

👥 The fair was a great opportunity for everyone who wants to get information about:
– current vacancies from leading employers in the region;
– the opportunity to take advanced training courses;
– a chance to get a new education or change profession;
– useful skills for interviewing and writing a resume.

The event was funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by the Light of Hope NGO in partnership with JERU (Joint Emergency Response in Ukraine from Welthungerhilfe and Concern Worldwide).

📍Among the locations presented was the location of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. Representatives of the university actively communicated with visitors, talked about educational programs, admission requirements, benefits, voucher study opportunities, postgraduate education, retraining programs, distributed booklets and answered all questions.

🎤 The bonus of the fair was two useful lectures – “Your resume is your business card” and “Stress-free interview – it’s possible!”, conducted by specialists of the Lubnya city district branch of the Poltava Regional Employment Center.

📣 After the lectures, the speech of the representative of LTSNU, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, Professor, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Yaroslava YURKIV, became a bright conclusion to the event. She presented the university as a powerful educational center that forms not only specialists, but also conscious citizens, presented to those present a multifaceted educational offer, emphasized the adaptability and openness of the university to the needs of a modern student, emphasized the importance of continuing education in difficult wartime, talked about veteran initiatives, professional development programs and invited everyone to find themselves in the educational space of LTSNU.
