Working Meeting with University Employees and the Technical Group of the Admissions Committee

On July 1, the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, Olena Leonidivna Karaman, held a working meeting with university employees and the technical group of the Admissions Committee.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss key issues related to the 2025 admission campaign.
In the question-and-answer format, a number of organizational and technical issues were raised:
— correctness of receiving electronic applications and verification of applicants’ data;
— compliance with the deadlines and procedures approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine;
— prompt interaction between the university’s structural units during the acceptance of documents;
— the importance of an individual approach and correct communication with applicants and their families.
Olena Leonidivna emphasized that the members of the admissions committee are the face of the university, and it is their professionalism and attentiveness that determines the first impression of applicants.
She emphasized the importance of responsibility, accuracy in actions, and a human approach in every consultation, every answer, and every phone call:
– The success of the admissions campaign is not only about technology and graphics. It’s about humanity, attention, willingness to support, explain, help. We work clearly, coherently and with an understanding of the mission of our university. We don’t get distracted, we just work every day further – for self-development and for the benefit of our university!
In a constructive atmosphere, proposals were considered to improve communication algorithms with applicants, update information resources, and increase internal coordination.
The working meeting ended on an optimistic note, with confidence in the coordinated work of the team and the readiness of LTSNU to ensure a high level of organization of admission in 2025.
