The UNESCO Office in Ukraine has launched an independent study dedicated to the career path of a teacher – from choosing a profession to professional growth and development within an educational institution.

The goal is to hear the live voice of students and teachers studying or teaching in the specialties of “Primary Education”, “Secondary Education” in order to better understand the real challenges and motivations of educators, and based on this, provide recommendations to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on supporting teachers and improving educational policy.

The survey is anonymous. The data will be processed by UNESCO experts.
