Vyshyvanka – a Symbol of Unity and National Dignity

On May 15, a thematic advisory meeting dedicated to the Vyshyvanka Day was held with the 1st–3rd year students majoring in A2 “Preschool Education”. 

The director of the Institute, the head of the department and the teachers addressed the participants of the event with sincere greetings, emphasizing the importance of preserving national traditions and cultural heritage.

During the meeting, students presented meaningful and informative reports on the history, symbolism and modern meaning of vyshyvanka, which were accompanied by interesting facts and visual materials.

The highlight of the event was the Kahoot game, during which students were able to test their knowledge of Ukrainian Vyshyvanka in an interactive format. The questions covered historical information, the meaning of ornaments, and the features of regional clothing.
