In order to improve information security, media literacy, and rapid response to threats in the information space, we are sending for consideration in the work the information and analytical material of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine — “Monitoring of Information Threats” for the period from April 21 to 27, 2025.

The information and analytical material highlights key narratives, fakes, manipulations and information operations that are actively promoted by the enemy in order to destabilize the situation in Ukraine, reduce the moral and psychological state of citizens, discredit state institutions and undermine trust in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and international support.

We ask you to look through the material and take it into account when planning communication policy, information work in teams, among student youth, during public events and in the work of social networks.

We emphasize the importance of checking information from official sources, observing information hygiene, critical thinking and responsible distribution of content in the conditions of hybrid war.

Together we counteract hostile propaganda – we protect the information front of Ukraine!
