One-time Specialized Council Meeting

On April 29, 2025, a meeting of the one-time specialized council was held at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University. 

A dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty 011 – Educational, Pedagogical Sciences Wang Xiang on the topic: “Formation of self-educational competence of future teachers of musical art by means of informal education” was submitted for consideration and defense.

The scientific advisor is Svitlana Oleksandrivna Shekhavtsova, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

The council was headed by Svitlana Oleksandrivna Bader, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Early and Preschool Child Development of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

The invited opponents were – Olena Mykolaivna Kin, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Department of Educational Sciences and Innovative Pedagogy of the H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University; Viktoriia Viacheslavivna Zhelanova, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Department of Educational Sciences and Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences of the Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University.

The reviewers were: Liudmyla Leonidivna Butenko, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Pedagogy Department of  Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University; Liudmyla Mykolaivna Sbitneva, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Department of Musical Art and Choreography of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

By the decision of the Specialized Academic Council and the results of an open vote of the council members, the applicant for education was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
