Science Days at the Management Department

On April 25, 2025, the Department of Management held Science Days online on the topic: “Current problems of improving anti-crisis management and managing the development of enterprises and other economic objects in the conditions of the modern information space.”

This conference is not just an event in the academic calendar. It is a unique opportunity to express yourself, exchange ideas, present your own developments, and hear the opinions of like-minded people and professionals.

The meeting was opened with welcoming words by: Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Business and Management, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Honorary Professor of the University – Valerii KHMEL and Head of the Department of Management, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor – Liudmyla ZAITSEVA, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor – Andrii KOLOSOV and Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor – Oleksandra LIASHENKO.

In the main part of the video conference, scientific reports were presented by students of the Management Department, who shared the main results of their scientific research.

The topics of the reports demonstrated the depth, comprehensiveness, and relevance of the students’ original research under the guidance of the department’s teachers. The work during the conference was rich, fruitful, interesting, and constructive.

The world of management and office work does not stand still: digitalization, automation, new approaches to communication and document management – all this requires flexibility, creativity and a high level of training. Therefore, participation in the conference is an important step towards professional development.
