In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated January 12, 2022, and in accordance with the order of the Rector of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University No. 42-OD dated March 28, 2025, a Specialized Academic Council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy of Oksana Pavlivna Hetman in the specialty 011 – Educational and Pedagogical Sciences.
