The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine announces a new call for joint Ukrainian-Lithuanian research projects for 2026–2027!

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education, Science, and Sport of the Republic of Lithuania, and the Research Council of Lithuania announce a call for joint Ukrainian-Lithuanian research projects for 2026–2027. Applications will be accepted from March 10 to May 12, 2025 (until 17:00).

Priority areas:

Safe infrastructure (cybersecurity, threat protection, border security).

Sustainable society and state (recovery, solidarity, combating disinformation, ecology).

Human security (public safety, mental health, medical care, crisis education).

Funding covers mobility and partially compensates the salaries of Ukrainian researchers.

Applications must be submitted through the National Electronic Scientific Information System.

Submission deadline: May 12, 2025 (until 17:00).
