Day of Resistance to Occupation of Crimea

Resistance to the occupation, which began on February 26, 2014, has been going on for 11 years.

On this very day, thousands of Crimean Tatars and Ukrainians came to the walls of the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea to support the territorial integrity of Ukraine and prevent local deputies from adopting an appeal to Russia regarding the introduction of its troops.

On the eve of the Day of Resistance to the Occupation, the Educational and Research Institute of Business and Management held an educational hour for students: “CRIMEA IS UKRAINE”. The event aimed to highlight events that have become and are significant for our current history and to honor the courage and heroism of Ukrainian citizens living in the temporarily occupied territory.

It is important to continue talking about our people under occupation, to keep the topics of Crimea on the daily agenda, because with joint efforts we will be able to restore the territorial integrity of our state and return our citizens to a normal peaceful life.
