Honoring the Memory of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes

On February 20, the Primary Trade Union Organization, together with teachers, students, employees of LTSNU, representatives of local authorities and the public, honored the memory of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes. 

The event took place in a park named after the fallen heroes and was dedicated to the Day of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes.

This thematic and patriotic event reminds us of those who gave their lives for the eternal dream of the Ukrainian nation – a just, democratic and developed country. It is thanks to their self-sacrifice and courage that Ukraine continues its path to freedom and independence.

The staff of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University remembers the events of 2014 and always bows its head on this day, realizing that the highest values ​​​​remain freedom, dignity and the right of every Ukrainian to independently choose their own destiny. Eternal memory and glory to the Heavenly Hundred Heroes! Their feat is an indelible symbol of the struggle for justice and independence of our state.
