Seminar at the Psychology Department

On February 18, the 1st scientific and practical online seminar with international participation “Emotional burnout of a teacher: causes, risks, countermeasures” was held at the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology.

The seminar was organized by the Psychology Department. The event brought together representatives of the scientific community, practical psychologists and teachers from Ukraine and Greece. The participants discussed key aspects of the problem of emotional burnout of teachers in the educational environment, its causes, possible risks and effective prevention strategies.

Colleagues from the Department of Early and Preschool Child Development took an active part in the event.

The seminar consisted of theoretical reports and a practical part, during which psychological exercises were conducted aimed at reducing the level of emotional tension and developing stress resistance of teachers.

As a result of the event, all participants received ECTS certificates confirming their participation in the scientific and practical seminar.
