Meeting with Employers of Luhansk and Lubny Communities

A meeting of the working group of the educational and professional programme “014 Secondary Education (Physical Culture)” with employers of Luhansk and Lubny communities was held.

On February 4, 2025, a meeting of the working group of the educational and professional programme “014 Secondary Education (Physical Culture)” with stakeholders was held at the Professional College of LTSNU regarding the specifics of the process of changing the codes of specialties in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 1021 “On Amendments to the List of Fields of Knowledge and Specialties for the Training of Applicants for Higher and Professional Pre-Higher Education” and improving the educational and professional program of this specialty.

The meeting was attended by directors and teachers of physical culture of general secondary education institutions of the Starobilsk community of the Luhansk region and the Lubny community of the Poltava region.

The meeting was opened by the director of the College, Nataliia MOTUNOVA, who expressed gratitude to all those present and emphasized the importance of this meeting for improving the educational and professional program and optimizing the educational process for training teachers for the New Ukrainian School.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the current state of the educational and professional program, its compliance with modern labor market requirements and standards of professional pre-higher education. The main attention was paid to the need to update curricula, integrate new topics and disciplines, as well as improve the practical component of training. The issue of ensuring the quality of training of applicants for professional pre-higher education was also considered, in particular through the introduction of new teaching methods and strengthening cooperation with employers. The results of the meeting include recommendations for updating the educational program, in particular, making changes to the EPP, curricula, improving practical training programs, as well as intensifying interaction with education representatives for better adaptation to the real needs of the labor market. As a result, the participants of the meeting agreed on further monitoring and periodic reviews of educational and professional programs to ensure their compliance with current requirements and standards for further improvement of the educational process.
