Interaction of Students with the Career Development Center

On February 18, students of the Educational and Research Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology participated in an open meeting organized by the Career Development Center.

The event was held with the participation of representatives of the Lubny City Employment Center and the Lubny City Council.

The participants learned about current vacancies, identified key competencies needed by modern specialists for a successful career, and also considered the current requirements of employers for young specialists.

The head of the Career Development Center, Larysa Kochura, provided practical advice on writing a resume, drew attention to the importance of motivation letters and a personal brand in the employment process. The participants also received useful recommendations on preparing for interviews and building a professional network of contacts.

The highlight of the event was an interactive psychological game conducted by the psychologist Anton Nazmiiev. This form of activity helped those present to better understand their emotional state, show initiative and creativity.
