In essence, the practical training for this program provides students with hands-on experience in various aspects of quality control, trade, and customs processes. Students will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including manufacturing facilities, laboratories, government agencies, and private companies.

Scientific Activities
Faculty members of the Department of Vocational Education, Hospitality and Tourism Management are working on the following research problems: research into the technology of manufacturing products from composite materials for special purposes, forming processes, creation and management of automated technological systems; research into the processes of separating bulk materials; quality management of products; preprocessor and postprocessor CAD of mechanical systems; development of high-load gear transmissions; increasing the technical and operational characteristics of internal combustion engines; research into the operational properties of iron-carbon alloys operating in extreme conditions; increasing the efficiency of the grain sowing process; anthropometric and methodological support for the corset design process; agricultural machinery and equipment; agricultural machinery, repair, and diagnostics of automobiles; mechanics of a deformable solid body; development and modernization of agricultural machinery; design of clothing for pregnant women; management in the field of vocational education; formation of professional competence in future engineering teachers; methods of labor and vocational training.
The scientific research of the Commodity Science and Trade Entrepreneurship is aimed at obtaining new knowledge on the problems of commodity science, quality expertise of goods, and professional education in the field of commodity science. The generalized object of the department’s research is commodity science, entrepreneurial, managerial, expert, and pedagogical activities in the field of commodity circulation, customs control, and consumer protection. The results of scientific research conducted at the departments of the Institute of Technology and Commerce are presented in monographs, scientific articles by the department’s faculty and are tested at scientific and practical conferences at the international, all-Ukrainian, and regional levels.
