A Brief Historical Reference
A Brief Historical Reference
The Department of Information Technologies and Systems was founded in 1990. 10 teachers provide the work of the department, among them there is 1 doctor of science, 7 candidates of science, 2 engineers. The department actively cooperates with the leading research subdivisions of foreign countries. Teachers of the Department for many years have been actively cooperating with the Central Scientific Research Institute of Special Machine Building (Russia, Moscow Region), the Design Bureau of Instrument Engineering (NPO “Precision”, Russia, Tula), the State Design Bureau “Yuzhnoye” (KB ” Yuzhnoye, Ukraine, Dnipro), Kiev mechanical plant (KB Antonov, Ukraine, Kiev), National Aerospace University, etc.
The main direction is modeling and development of technology and processes of automated creation of products from composite materials (CM).
The laboratory covers tasks in the field of mathematical modeling and the development of technology for creating products from KM for various purposes. Over the years of work a new structural and technological approach has been developed, on the basis of which a complex solution of scientific, technical and developmental tasks in the direction of creating products from CM is possible.
The laboratory performs modeling and development of products from CM of any complexity with the use of modern computer modeling tools and, as a result, use the most reliable and automated method of manufacturing products from CM – the method of automated winding on specialized winding machines.
As a result of the combined efforts of several laboratories, a complex has been created for the manufacture of structural elements from glass, organic and carbon plastics.
Short list of achievements:
The project participants have developed and implemented:

Main Idea
The project participants are specialists in the field of computer modeling and technology for creating products from KM for various purposes.
Based on the accumulated experience and the structural and technological approach using modern methods and modeling principles, manufacturing features and the process of creating complex profile elements of special purpose machines made from CM produced by the automated winding method are found.
The developed approach allows to perform modeling and development of products from CM of any complexity using modern computer modeling tools and, as a result, to use the most reliable and automated method of manufacturing products from CM – the method of automated winding on specialized winding machines.
Propositions:
The project participants are looking for partners in the organization of research and pilot development in the presented direction.
The accumulated experience in the field of technology for the production of products from CM will allow to effectively approach the solution of problems in this direction under conditions of precise planning, phased implementation and sufficient financing.
The list of projects presented in the table can be expanded and supplemented by your specific proposals within the framework of research, sharing experience and organizing the production of various products from composite materials.
