The Department of Chemistry, Geography and Earth Sciences was established in 2022 as a result of the merger of the Department of Geography and the Department of Laboratory Diagnostics, Chemistry and Biochemistry.
The mission of the department:
To ensure the intellectual development and self-realization opportunities for young people, as well as to train highly qualified specialists in the fields of chemistry, geography and earth sciences. These specialists will possess the necessary competencies for work in educational, scientific, and other professional activities, and will be in demand, adaptable and competitive.
The main goal of the department:
To provide highly professional teaching of fundamental disciplines in chemistry, geography and earth sciences, which should ensure the training of competitive specialists capable of working in scientific, educational, managerial and other professional fields.
