A guest lecture “Tools and Indicators for Assessing the Institutional Capacity of State Authorities” was held for bachelor’s students majoring in “Political Science” and “Sociology”.
On May 19, 2023, the leading researcher of the Department of Political Institutes and Processes of the Kuras Institute of Political and Ethnopolitical Research, Doctor of Political Sciences Tetiana Mykhailivna Liashenko gave an online lecture for bachelor’s students majoring in “Political Science” and “Sociology”.
The topic of the lecture is due to the fact that in post-war Ukraine there will remain problems of a systemic nature, which relate to the institutional capacity of the state, that is, what functions are performed by which bodies of state power and the result that the performance of these functions provides. Moreover, the institutional capacity of the state is one of the main points of the National Recovery Program of Ukraine, which was presented at the conference on the recovery of Ukraine in Lugano (Switzerland).
After the lecture, a lively discussion took place, the teachers of the Department of Political Science and Law, Philosophy and Sociology joined the active discussion.
