The first “Kvartyrnyk” at the ER ICA

Student self-government of the ER ICA held the first “Kvartyrnyk”.

On May 18, the student directorate of the Institute of Culture and Arts, led by student director Karina Varfolomiieva, held the first “Kvartyrnyk” at the Institute.

“Kvartyrnyk” is a format of an event where everyone can show their talent and not be afraid that they will be evaluated by teachers. Initially, students were invited to register for the event in any category: dance, vocal, musical instrument, poetry or prose reading. There was also a “free microphone” at the event itself.

There were songs for the guitar, both well-known and original. There were author’s poems. It was a very cozy, friendly, inspiring atmosphere. And then hot tea with goodies.

Let’s hope that our “Kvartyrnyk” will become a tradition and more and more students will come to it with speeches and just to listen.
