Science Days: “Sociology” section

The Department of Philosophy and Sociology held Science Days: the “Sociology” section.
On April 11, the Department of Philosophy and Sociology of the Educational and Research Institute of History, International Relations and Socio-Political Sciences held Science Days: the “Sociology” section.
The scientific event was opened by the Director of the Institute, Anton Bader. He congratulated all the participants, wished them fruitful work and creative endeavors.
The topic of the round table was “Challenges of modernity: attempts at sociological theorizing”. During the event, the following topics were raised, namely:
1. Trends in the development of the labor market in modern Ukraine;
2. Students’ motivation to study under the conditions of modern challenges;
3. FastFashion as a phenomenon of consumer behavior: sociological analysis;
4. Volunteering in Ukraine as a social phenomenon;
5. Peculiarities of the organization and tools of qualitative sociological research with a children’s audience;
6. Challenges of modernity: reflections on the ability of sociology to respond to society’s demands.
During the event, a lively and active discussion took place.
