Open lecture at the Faculty of Natural Sciences

lOn April 12, an open lecture on the course “Physical Geography of Continents and Oceans” was held at the Faculty of Natural Sciences.

The lecture: “Climate of Eurasia” for the second-year bachelor’s students of the educational program “Geography”, specialty 014.07 “Secondary Education. Geography”.

The speaker: Andrii Bratishko, Candidate of Geological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Chemistry, Geography and Earth Sciences, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.

Among those present were the dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences Natalia Matsai, deputy dean for academic work Olha Gubska, deputy dean for scientific work Iryna Kyrpychova, acting head  of the Department of Chemistry, Geography and Earth Sciences Dmytro Sopov, representatives of the Department of Chemistry, Geography and Earth Sciences of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and others.

The students expressed their deep gratitude to Mr. Andrii for the meaningful and interesting information that aroused considerable interest and motivated the listeners to further professional development.

Such events are interesting and useful for both students and teachers. We would like to wish Andrii Bratishka further success in his scientific and educational activities, we hope that such events will happen more often in a peaceful country.
