Olympic Day 2023

On April 7, students of the ER IPES took part in the online project “Olympic Day 2023”, where Vadym Hryhorovych Stetsenko – head of the Physical Education and Sports Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, was the guest of the event.

On April 7, 2023, students of the Educational and Research Institute of Physical Education and Sports took part in the online project “Olympic Day 2023”! The guest of the event was Vadym Hryhorovych Stetsenko, head of the Committee on Physical Education and Sports of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, general secretary of the Sports Student Union of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Federation of Student Sports.

The participants of the event got acquainted with his professional activities. Vadym Hryhorovych spoke about the main task of his professional activity – creating conditions for the involvement of schoolchildren and student youth in physical education and sports activities. Information was also provided about the cooperation of physical culture teachers of educational institutions, about the implementation of the “Cool Games” project – a unique Ukrainian project, which is conducted by the Committee on Physical Education and Sports of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The project is designed to promote the creation of interesting and vivid physical education lessons and massively involves school youth from 8 to 18 years of age in physical activity. Also, the students, taking advantage of the opportunity, asked Vadim Hryhorovych lots of interesting questions.
