“Traditions and Innovations in Design” – a round table as part of the Science Days

On April 3, Professional College of LTSNU held Science Days for students of vocational pre-higher education majoring in “Design”.

The Science Days were held in the format of a round table on the topic: “Traditions and Innovations in Design.” Thematic directions are proposed for discussion: hair care in historical and modern aspects, current trends in the development of hairstyles, peculiarities of the physiology of the scalp and hair.

As part of the event, reports on current issues, analysis of modern research, attempts to solve the problems and prospects for further exploration were presented.

The participants of the round table will listen to the presentations of teachers: Olha Kostiuk “Modern Scalp and Hair Care Products”, Valentyna Donchyk “Biological Aspects of the Influence of Hair Care Products”, students: Kateryna Serdiuk and Anna Lukianets “Hair Care in Ancient Times”, Kristina Liashenko “Modern Hair Care”.

There was also a discussion on the relevance of religious aspects of Ukrainian hairstyles in the modern national space.
