In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 44 dated 12.01.2022, in accordance with the order of the Rector of Luhansk  Taras Shevchenko National University No. 503 – VC dated 31.03.2023, a Specialized Academic Council was created with the right to accept for consideration and conduct the defense of a dissertation for obtaining a degree Doctor of Philosophy Olga Serhiivna Golovko in the specialty 015 “Professional Education (by specializations)” in the field of knowledge 01 “Education/Pedagogy”.
