“Watch your feet! Watch where you’re going!”

Teachers of the Faculty of Natural Sciences together with students mastered the course “Watch your feet! Watch where you’re going!” on the educational online platform “Understood”.
Among the teachers are:
– Iryna KYRPYCHOVA, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Landscape Gardening and Ecology;
– Kateryna BEREZENKO, senior lecturer of the Department of Landscape Gardening and Ecology;
– Dmytro SOPOV, Doctor of Philosophy in Earth Sciences, Acting Head of the Department of Chemistry, Geography and Earth Sciences.
Among the students are:
– Volodymyr NAZARENKO, master’s student majoring in 014.07 “Secondary Education. Geography”;
– Larisa OSYPENKO, master’s student majoring in 101 “Ecology”;
– Anastasia TERNOVSKA, bachelor’s student majoring in 103 “Earth Sciences”;
– Anastasia TKACHENKO, bachelor’s student majoring in 103 “Earth Sciences”.
At the end of the course, certificates were received confirming the successful completion of the course.
The courses made it possible to deepen knowledge on the following issues:
– how to safely return to the liberated settlement: where to look for information about the demining of the territory, how to plan a route and check your home for the presence of GNP;
– about demining of agricultural land: what types of mines can be in the garden or vegetable garden and how to safely check your plot;
– about mine danger on roads, in forests, parks, reservoirs, on roadsides and coasts;
– how to properly talk to children of different ages about explosive objects and the rules of behavior with them.
