Methodological seminar for teachers of the Faculty of Foreign Languages

A methodical seminar for teachers was held at the Faculty of Foreign Languages.

As part of events aimed at improving qualifications and sharing experience among teachers of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, a methodical seminar “Virtual escape room. Formation of foreign language competence by means of STEM” was held.

During the seminar, the teacher of the Department of Foreign Languages by professional direction, Oksana Husakova, familiarized with the features of using Google, Canva, Padlet, Classroomscreen and other applications in foreign language classes, and the teachers of the Faculty of Foreign Languages had the opportunity to practically test online tools and discuss the features of their use depending on from the level of training of students, shared ideas for adapting exercises.

The use of online tools in modern conditions certainly has many advantages, including accessibility – most applications have free versions adapted for different devices; variety – Internet resources allow you to use ready-made exercises or create your own; adaptability – online tools and resources can be adapted to the needs of learners.
