Teachers of the Department of Preschool and Primary Education of ER IPP are constantly improving their qualifications.

Thus, from 7.02.-16.03.2023, Ph.D., senior teacher of the Department Iryna Grechishkina, completed online training on the topic “Implementation of the professional standard “Head (director) of a Preschool Education Institution.”

During her studies, Iryna Anatoliivna had the opportunity to update her knowledge of the current problems of preschool education, to study the leading provisions of the Professional Standard as a key element of the interaction of the labor market and personnel management (the role and implementation algorithm).

The following important topics were mastered within the scope of professional development:

• structure, main content, possibilities of applying the Standard;
• management of the Preschool Education Institution: operational management, organizational-methodical and communicative competence;
• leadership and partner interaction: leadership and emotional-ethical competence;
• organization of a healthy, safe, developmental, inclusive environment using health-preserving and design competencies.

Upon completion of her studies, Iryna Anatoliivna, who is the guarantor of the OP “Preschool Education” (master’s level), received a certificate.

We thank the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Ukrainian Institute for the Development of Education, the Ranok publishing house, all the trainers of online learning, the developers of the professional standard for this opportunity, because the teachers of the Department of Preschool and Primary Education never stop at what they have achieved and constantly improve themselves as professionals.
