Participation in the round table

Teaching staff and students of the Department of Commodity Research, Trade Entrepreneurship and Product Expertise took part in a round table for the World Consumer Right Day. 

On March 14-15, 2023, scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Commodity Research, Trade Entrepreneurship and Product Expertise and students majoring in 076 Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activity took part in a round table on the topic “CONSUMER COMMUNITY: Challenges 2022 – Solutions 2023”.

The round table was held online and was organized by the State University of Trade and Economics as part of the World Consumer Right Day.

N.V. Omelchenko, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Public Organization “Independent Expertise Research Center” made a report at the round table on the topic: “Experience of public organizations in the field of consumer rights protection and their role in improving the legislation of Ukraine in the conditions of European integration”.

The participants of the round table discussed the issue of consolidating efforts to solve consumer problems, offered their vision for the formation of a mechanism for ensuring equal access of consumers to goods and services, guarantees of safety and quality of goods and services, adaptation in conditions of digitalization and the transition to “clean” energy.
