Online meeting with the director of the ER IPMIT

On March 13, an online meeting with the director of the Educational and Research Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technologies was held at the Starobilsk Professional College.

The Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Information Technologies Hennadii Mohylnyi spoke about the unique opportunity for college applicants to take the distance course “Basic rules of security in the digital environment” as part of the grant agreement G-202301-69860 “Promotion of the Cyber Hygiene E-Learning Course” between Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University and the Civilian Research and Development Foundation of the USA (CRDF Global).

During the meeting, the speaker noted that the main goal of the course is to raise the level of  students’ awareness of the basic rules of security in the digital environment, because knowledge of the basics of cyber security and cyber hygiene in modern conditions is relevant for all participants in the educational process, especially in wartime conditions.
