Events dedicated to Taras Shevchenko’s birthday

Traditionally, at the beginning of March, events are held all over Ukraine to celebrate the birthday of the Great Kobzar.

On March 9, within the framework of a practical lesson on the discipline “Development and upbringing of early children”, the first-year students in the specialty “Preschool Education” honored the memory of Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko – a great personality in the history of Ukraine, outstanding artist, painter and poet.

Taras Shevchenko dedicated his whole life, all his powerful talent to the Ukrainian people, to his contemporaries and to us, the descendants. His words were, are and will be relevant throughout the centuries.

Let’s read Shevchenko’s poems, let’s study them, let’s respect what the Great Kobzar left us as a legacy.
