Participation in the Scientific and Practical Conference

The acting head of the Department of Chemistry, Geography and Earth Sciences Dmytro Sopov together with students took part in a scientific and practical conference.

On February 25, 2023 the acting head of the Department of Chemistry, Geography and Earth Sciences Dmytro Sopov together with the first-year master’s students, specialty 103 “Earth Sciences” Kateryna  Kozlova and Svitlana Semenova took part in the work of the Scientific and Practical Conference “Theoretical and Practical Research in the Field of Humanities and Natural Sciences” (Zaporizhia, Ukraine). 

The event became a productive platform for exchanging ideas and getting acquainted with the latest scientific research.

The report “The impact of the Russian-Ukrainian war on the anthropogenic landscapes of eastern Ukraine” was presented at the conference. The speech interested the participants of the scientific event and provoked lively discussions in the virtual conference hall.

The Department of Chemistry, Geography and Earth Sciences is sincerely grateful to the organizers of this large-scale event for the opportunity to present their scientific achievements, for their interest in the researched problem and constructive dialogue.
