International Wrestling Tournament

From March 2 to 5, the International Wrestling Tournament “Dan Kolov” and “Nikola Petrov” took place in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Yaroslav Filchakov – MSMK, a student of the second (master’s) level of the 1st year of the specialty “Physical Culture and Sports” in the weight category of 87 kg with a total score of 7:3 became the silver medalist of the ranking international tournament.

He fought in five fights. On the first day, he confidently won 4 matches, and in the final match he lost 3:0 to his former compatriot Semen Novikov, whom he played for the Bulgarian national team at these competitions.
