ER ICA: Pages of the History of Our Alma Mater

An information hour on the topic “Pages of the History of Our Alma Mater” was held at the Educational and Research Institute of Culture and Arts.

On February 28, an information hour on the topic “Pages of the History of Our Alma Mater” dedicated to the 102nd anniversary of the foundation of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University was held at the ER ICA. The meeting was conducted by the deputy director for social and humanitarian work Alona Tereshchenko. The information hour was held remotely, which gave an opportunity to meet with distance learning students.

At the meeting, the difficult history of the university was told including the date of its foundation to the present. Archival photos of university buildings in Luhansk, Starobilsk, Rubizhne and Poltava region were shown. Interesting facts about the building of the ER ICA located in Luhansk were also told.

We wish our university, a real example of sustainability, to grow, develop and remain a leader among higher education institutions!
